Imelda Maelani, M.Si., is a lecturer and researcher at Universitas Syiah Kuala. Her research focuses on molecular biology, microbiology, and animal biotechnology, including recombinant protein expression, antimicrobial resistance, vaccine acceptance, and gene characterization. She has conducted interdisciplinary studies spanning molecular, clinical, and veterinary applications, with publications on JSU protein expression, bacterial susceptibility, herbal nephroprotection, COVID-19 immunogenicity, and hEGF gene analysis.
