Banda Aceh, 29 October 2025 — The Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Syiah Kuala, successfully carried out the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) Cycle 17 on 29 October 2025. The audit aimed to review the completeness and conformity of data submitted as part of the academic quality assurance process within FMIPA USK.
The AMI activities began with an official opening ceremony led by the Dean of FMIPA at the FMIPA Auditorium, followed by visitations by internal auditors to each study program, including the Department of Biology.
During the visitation, auditors examined documents and data previously submitted on 15 October 2025 and conducted interviews with lecturers and students. These sessions were intended to gain a clearer understanding of the implementation of teaching and learning activities throughout the 2024–2025 academic year.
The audit concluded with no significant findings, aside from several requests for confirmation and clarification regarding the submitted data. Overall, the entire process ran smoothly and orderly and with a strong spirit of continuous improvement, reinforcing the Department of Biology’s commitment to enhancing academic quality within FMIPA USK.
