Dr. Amalia, S.Si., M.Si., is a faculty member at the Department of Biology, Universitas Syiah Kuala. She earned her Ph.D. in bioscience from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Her research focuses on botany, particularly macrophytes, plant diversity, and plant-based applications in environmental and agricultural fields. She has published studies on macrophytes and plant extract bioactivity.
