Dr. Risa Nursanty is a lecturer at the Department of Biology, Universitas Syiah Kuala. She earned her Ph.D. in food science from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Her research focuses on microbiology, particularly antimicrobial activity, phytochemical analysis, and natural product development. She has published studies on the antifungal and antibacterial properties of plant extracts and their effects on microorganisms.
