Dr. Suwarno is a senior lecturer at the Department of Biology, Universitas Syiah Kuala. He earned his Ph.D. in Biology from the University of Science Malaysia. His research focuses on insect ecology and conservation, particularly butterflies, stingless bees, and pollinators in tropical ecosystems. He has published widely on species diversity and pollinator ecology.
